These guys are great! Customer Service...everyone knows its important but how many actually have it? These guys do! Jason helped me when I was out of state with a dead battery under warranty. They coordinated a warranty from 1200 miles away. Just paid for a replacement and took care of everything on their end. That's Customer Service!

Kevin never gave up!! He was so helpful in dealing with a very difficult repair. Battery replacement and charger issues in a strange EV. He spent days and didn't waiver. He just kept on trying to figure it out and, finally, he succeeded!! Thank you TCB and Kevin for not giving up. This is my go to place for good service and caring people. I am very impressed with this company. I came there about 10 days with a problem that needed an immediate solution. Other repair facilities would not help me without making an appointment several days out. They allowed me to drop off the vehicle and they would attempt to work it in, which they did on the same day. However there was a problem that occurred a couple of days after the repairs were made and they responsibly made the followup repair at no charge to me. Then a few days later what seemed to be repeating problem brought me back to them. The problem, though still electrical turned out to be several other issues, all contributing to the same dysfuntions. They were gracious in their billing and they went the extra mile to fix everything. Each time without an appointment because they were all emergency problems. Often you feel in a repair facility that you are totally at their mercy and that they will not accept personal liability for mistakes they may have made in assessing or repairing the problem. Not so here. I really like these people--from the front desk, to the service manager, owner, and tech who worked on the car. Thank you!
