I have been looking for a shop in the Tri Cities that was willing to install a lift kit that was purchased elsewhere and have had no success. Shane reached out to me on Facebook and mentioned that his shop would be able to do it. I went to the Richland location and Shane and his team immediately took care of me. The install took about 7 hours and was very impressed with the install that they did on my Suburban. I was actually recommended to go to Tri City Battery from my boss Dr. Belinda Badorek and very grateful that she did. I now have a shop I can go to that will take care of all of my vehicles needs. Shane did an amazing job in being a great representation of Tri Cities Battery.
